Message	I've seen that picture a few times, and it seriously does make me sick to my stomach. As soon as it began to load, I exited, since I knew what it was. I think Rotten.com is a disgusting site that should be taked off the internet. But anywho... I remember they posted it on SupraForums one time, and a few doctors jumped in, and basically said that it WAS real, but not caused from a motorcycle. I think someone found out that he had actually put a firecracker in his mouth, or a shotgun trying to commit suicide and failed. Whatever happened, it's very sad and VERY nasty :(
